Our Commitment to Equity, Inclusion & Sustainability

At Samvada, our policies reflect our unwavering commitment to gender equity, social inclusion, sustainability, and youth rights. We prioritize safe, inclusive spaces, equal opportunities, and a zero-tolerance approach to harassment. Anchored in child protection, environmental sustainability, and respect for diversity, we empower individuals to participate with dignity.

 

Transparency, ethical practices, and a robust grievance redressal system ensure accountability and trust. We emphasize youth leadership and participation, fostering a professional, enriching, and dignified work environment free from prejudice and gender bias. To enhance accessibility, we recently conducted an accessibility audit and are actively working towards greater inclusivity.

Recognizing our colleagues’ needs beyond work, we offer day-care allowances for young mothers, menstrual leave, and extended paternity leave. These initiatives reflect our dedication to creating an enabling, supportive, and equitable space for all.

These include our Procurement Policy, ensuring ethical and transparent sourcing; our HR Policy, which fosters a fair and inclusive work environment; our Conflict of Interest Policy, which upholds integrity in decision-making; and our Communication Policy, which ensures responsible and effective engagement. Together, these policies reflect our commitment to accountability, equity, and professionalism in all aspects of our work.
